The following shape is recommended. Get rid of gold plating of terminal and pre-tin lead wire. It makes solder spread over the terminal easily and prevents soldering defect.

Use Shape D

This type has a shape like a flat-blade screwdriver and is capable of soldering by applying the tip in 2 ways: line and face. It is available for any works.

Use it for soldering cup terminals.
1.Put the cut surface to the lead and terminal at one time to heat them.
2.Feed solder to form smooth fillets.
